That belief has guided every workshop I’ve designed, every classroom I’ve stepped into, and every conversation I’ve had over more than two decades of educating professionals around the world.

After 25 years behind the chair and more than 20 years as an educator, I’ve come to believe that technical skill alone doesn’t create exceptional results. Communication, leadership, mindset,and the ability to implement what we’ve learned are what ultimately determine success—whether you’re serving clients, leading a team, or facilitating a room full of learners.

Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of educating more than 20,000 professionalsthrough over 1,000 workshops across North America, including leadership roles with L’Oréal Professional Products Division, where I served as Assistant Vice President of Education for Pureology, Mizani, and Biolage. Today, as a Kérastase Icon Artist and the Founder and CEO of YureeshStyle, my focus is helping salons, professionals, schools, organizations, brands, and leaders create measurable business results through transformational learning experiences.

That’s why every experience is intentionally designed to move beyond information and into participation, practice, coaching, reflection, and real-world application. My goal isn’t simply to inspire people while they’re in the room. It’s to help them return to work with new skills, greater confidence, and the ability to create lasting change.
